Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive Ogunquit, ME
We depart today for a delightful 2-day tour to Ogunquit, Maine. We will begin our journey with a stop in Kittery, ME for lunch, before heading into Portsmouth, NH where we board the M/V Thomas Laighton for a narrated Isle of Shoals cruise. Enjoy a cruise through Portsmouth Harbor and up the Piscataqua River past forts, lighthouses and the Naval shipyard, with full narration along the New Hampshire Seacoast. After our cruise, we will check into our hotel for the night, the Meadowmere Resort, located in Ogunquit, ME. This evening dinner is included at Jonathan’s Restaurant, and yes, lobster is on the menu! (L,D)
Day 2 - Depart Ogunquit, ME
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing morning taking in the local sights. This afternoon we take our reserved center orchestra seats at the Ogunquit Playhouse, for the performance of “On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio & Gloria Estefan.” A powerful true story of love, heritage and music of a family whose humble beginnings brought them to super stardom. Experience the extraordinary lives of Emilio and Gloria Estefan. After the show we depart for home. (B)
