Itinerary
Day 1 - Camden, ME
Our journey begins with a morning departure to Maine’s beautiful coastline. We will meet a local guide in Portland, Maine’s largest port city, who will take us on a narrated tour. After the tour, there is time on own for lunch before leaving the area for Camden, ME. It will be here, we overnight for the next 2 evenings at the Cedar Crest Inn; a great place to unwind. Upon arrival, we get together for dinner where lobster is one of the choices on the menu! (D)
Day 2 - Acadia National Park
After breakfast, we head out on a scenic morning ride up to Acadia. We will have some free time to shop in this beautiful seaside town before heading into Acadia National Park. Stop at the top of Cadillac Mountain, the National Park Nature Center at Sieur de Mont Springs and see the pounding surf at scenic Thunder Hole. Free time in Bar Harbor for lunch and shopping before an evening at leisure. (B)
Day 3 - Depart Boothbay Harbor
Following breakfast, included, we continue down the coast to picturesque Boothbay Harbor. Packed with amazing shopping, offering everything from handmade jewelry to souvenirs, and everything in between. Take the time to wander the streets and visit, and then have lunch at one of the many restaurants before heading for home. (B)
