Day 1 - Arrive Dublin, Ireland

Day 2 - Dublin
Begin your day with a fascinating panoramic tour through Dublin, also known as the “Fair City,” with your local Irish guide. Admire the statue-lined O’Connell Street, the elegant Georgian squares, and the architectural beauty of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Discover the rich history of Trinity College, the alma mater of renowned author Oscar Wilde.
This afternoon is yours to explore Dublin at your own pace. Perhaps, you will visit the Guiness Brewery or take in a folkloric dance show and dinner. (B)
Day 3 - Dublin - Castlebar
This morning, we our way to Athlone, a picturesque town nestled on the banks of the River Shannon where we’ll visit Rathbaun Farm. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to try your hand at traditional scone baking and learn about sheep shearing and herding from the farmer himself. Afterward, savor your homemade scones alongside a cup of coffee.
Next, journey to Galway, a vibrant coastal city known for its colorful shops, bustling cafes, and lively bar scene. Enjoy some free time to explore Galway at your own pace, soaking in the unique atmosphere and stunning seaside vistas before we make our way through the Irish countryside to Castlebar for the night. Day 4 - Castlebar - Belfast, Northern Ireland
After breakfast, we make our way to Belfast, Northern Ireland. Along the way, we will visit Belleek Pottery. Established in 1857, Belleek Pottery is Ireland’s oldest fine china pottery and where each pieces passes through 16 pairs of hands before completion.
Later, we arrive in Belfast for lunch (on own) before visiting the Titanic Experience and learn about the construction and sinking of the largest passenger steam ship. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore this historical city and storied past. (B)
Day 5 - Belfast - Glasgow, Scotland
This morning, we take the ferry across the North Channel to the port of Cairnryan on Scotland’s west coast. The North Channel, alternatively known as the Irish Channel is renowned as part of the Ocean’s Seven—a collection of seven grueling long-distance open-water swims.
From there, we make our way to Glasgow. Scotland’s second largest, situated on the River Clyde, offers a wealth of experiences and attractions for visitors to explore such as the 12th-century Glasgow Cathedral and the Victorian-era City Chambers and world-class art collections at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Day 6 - Glasgow - Oban
Today, we make our way to Inveraray Castle with a stop enroute at Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond, Scotland’s largest lake. Arriving at Inveraray Castle, we will explore its grand halls and learn about its storied past on a self-guided tour. Next, journey to the picturesque conservation village of Ellenabeich, nestled on the Isle of Seil. This remote former slate-mining village is the largest on the island and offers a charming glimpse into rural Scottish life.
Later, we make our way to the coastal town of Oban for an overnight stay. With its colorful harbor, bustling shops, and renowned seafood, Oban promises a delightful stay as you unwind and reflect on the day’s memorable experiences. (B,D)
Day 7 - Oban - Edinburgh
After breakfast, embark on a picturesque drive through the stunning landscapes of the Trossachs National Park enroute to the historic city of Stirling. Here, explore the grandeur of Stirling Castle, a cherished residence of the Stewart kings and queens. Following your visit to the castle, experience a guided tour of a local whisky distillery where you’ll learn about the intricate craft of whisky production and indulge in a tasting of the distillery’s premium spirits.

Day 8 - Edinburgh
Today, discover Edinburgh with a knowledgeable local guide, who will introduce you to the city’s fascinating past and present. Explore the elegant “New Town,” a 200-year-old district that has been home to famous scientists, inventors, and novelists throughout history. Next, venture into the “Old Town” to visit the iconic Edinburgh Castle. Perched atop an extinct volcano, this fortress houses Scotland’s Crown Jewels and offers panoramic views of the city below.
