Day 1 - Vermont
Our day begins with a stop at Grafton Village Cheese in Brattleboro, VT. Here, you will experience the art of Vermont cheese making; if you catch them on the right day, you’ll be able to see a live demonstration. After eating your way through the store (many samples of cheeses, jams, and much more are provided) and learning about the cheese making process, it is on to New Hampshire where a beautiful country farm setting in autumn will be enjoyed by all.
Spend the afternoon at the rustic and very charming Inn at East Hill Farm which will be the host for today’s Oktoberfest celebration. It is here that the live German Oompah Band will entertain the audience with their foot stomping, thigh slapping German Tunes. You’ll surely feel like you are at a real Hofbrauhaus. Lunch will consist of traditional German dishes.
Before you leave, be sure to get your free pumpkin. The day will not be complete without a NH Liquor Store stop.
