Day 1 - Lake George, NY

Visit the Family-owned Lake George Olive Oil Company which offers only the freshest extra virgin olive oils and highest quality aged balsamic vinegars from around the world! Take your palate on an exciting and delicious journey! Sample the many varieties.
Head over to The Log Jam Restaurant for lunch. For lunch please choose between: Mascarpone Raviolis (Mascarpone and sun-dried tomatoes blended with ricotta and parmesan cheeses, spinach, onions, garlic and wrapped in a tomato and egg pasta, Served with a pink vodka sauce.) or The Rocky Mount (Sliced roast beef served on a grilled ciabatta roll with bacon, lettuce, tomato and our homemade horseradish dressing) or The Saratoga (Sliced oven roasted turkey, apple mustard and Monterey Jack cheese. Served grilled on apple pecan bread) or Sirloin Burger. All entrees come with their famous Salad Bar, Fresh Baked Bread, and Coffee, Tea or Soda.
Take a one hour leisure cruise on the Minne-Ha-Ha which is one of the last steam paddle wheelers in America. Guests will be delighted with the Minne’s authentic steam calliope concert in between each cruise.
The final stop of the day will be at Oscar’s Smokehouse where the making of fine smoked meats and cheeses has been their business for over 65 years. Enjoy a sampling of some of the products. Perhaps you will find some of Rachel Ray’s favorites that she uses in her show.
