| DEPARTURE LOCATION: TOURS of Distinction Travel Club Tours depart from the Peter Pan Terminal on 1776 Main St. in Springfield, MA. We have a second departure location at the Commuter Parking Lot, Wolcott Hill Road & Jordan Lane, Wethersfield, CT and a third location at AAA, 150 Capital Drive, West Springfield, MA. Please read the tour flyers to see where your particular tour departs from. We ask that you do not change your departure location if noted otherwise. We have a boarding list of passengers from each departure point to keep track of and we wouldn’t want you to miss your tour.
DEPOSITS: In order to confirm your reservation, all tours require an advance payment. ONE-DAY TOURS/SHOW TOURS require full payment. MULTI-DAY TOURS require a $50 - $100 per person deposit. Advance payments are required no later than 10 Days following pending confirmation of your reservation. Should we not receive this advance payment it is possible that your reservation could be cancelled in order to accommodate other passengers interested in taking this tour. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. CRUISES/AIR TOURS require special deposits.
FINAL PAYMENTS: Are due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For Air/Cruise Tours, payments are due 60-90 days prior to departure depending on the tour. Please make checks payable to “Tours of Distinction”. There will be a $15.00 charge for any returned check.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:*Tours of Distinction strongly suggests the purchase of the Travel Insurance on ALL Tours. Passengers can cancel and receive a refund due to the covered reasons outlined in the "Description of Coverage." Description of Coverage will be provided to you upon signing up for the insurance including payment.

TRAVEL INSURANCE PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF INITIAL DEPOSIT.
BUS SEATING: Seats will be assigned in the order that final payment is received.
MOTORCOACHES: All Motorcoaches are equipped with lavatory, climate-controlled Heat/AC Systems, TV/VCR’s, Reclining Seats, Panoramic Windows, PA System, and Stereo.
REST-STOPS: Rest-stops are made periodically to allow everyone the opportunity to stretch their legs, use rest-room facilities, and to purchase something to eat.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION: If you find it necessary to cancel your tour, please notify Tours of Distinction at (800) 426-4324. Cancellations received after business hours will be effective the next business day.
SMOKING: Per Federal Regulations, there is NO SMOKING aboard any motorcoach.
BOARDING DOCUMENTS: Travel Documents will be mailed approximately 10-Days prior to departure! This will include your seat assignment, meal choices (if applicable), departure and return times, luggage tags (on overnight trips), etc. Actual show tickets will be handed out on the day of the event by your Tour Escort!
