Motorcoach Tours: SHOW TOURS: An Advance Deposit in the amount of $1.00 per ticket is required within 15 days after confirmation of your tour. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the program.
ONE-DAY TOURS: An Advance Deposit in the amount of $50 is required within 30 days after confirmation of your tour. The final payment is due 30 days prior to departure.

MULTI-DAY TOURS: An Advance Deposit is required based on the individual tour and departure date. The final payment, along with your Group Rooming List is ALWAYS due 30 days prior to departure.
ALL TOURS: For tours that include special functions such as Theater Tickets, Sports Tickets, Concert Tickets, etc., the cost of the special tickets is usually required 30 days after confirmation of your tour.
Air & Cruise Tours: Special policies exist for each of these tour programs. Please inquire about the policies for a particular tour.
